The new iPad. The game changer.
The new iPad set to come out in March of 2010 at a cost of about $500 is set to be a major game changer. If many important and relevant publications are able to get there publications on the iPad for readers of course for subscription prices we will be taking a major step into the future, creating a new generation of readers. It will have just about all of the same features as the iPhone and iPod difference being only the larger display, and of course the many Apple upgrades.
This convenient device with its large display should be able to accommodate many different publications and the same as people pay for their iPhone and iPod applications they should also be able to pay for their monthly and daily publications. People can have their choice of a regular iPad, or print subscription and for both together pay extra.
It will be saving many trees and reviving the print industry with its new platform.
We really want to and can't wait to read some of our favorite magazines, papers and books on the iPad.

She Works. They’re Happy.
She Works. They're Happy.
Click on the link above to read an article I found interesting about the shifting roles of women and men economically in their households. Very insightful.
“Women no longer need to marry up educationally or economically, so they are more likely to pick men who support a more egalitarian relationship,” said Stephanie Coontz, director of research and education for the Council on Contemporary Families

Relief Drive and Efforts for Haiti!
We are doing our best to help with relief and aid efforts in Haiti. You can donate money, time soon enough, and goods. Goods such as non perishables, canned foods, clothing and water. These people need water so desperatly right now. We will be taking these items and making sure that they get to the right people. I hear that UPS is also shipping boxes under 50 lbs for free to Haiti. Get on that too. In case you don't get to do that, send any of the above items to Fortunity Enterprises LLC 19 Greenwood Hill St. in Stamford, CT. 06902 & we will make sure to get it into good hands that will see it to Haiti for the people ASAP. Thank you again. Below are links of relief organizations dedicated to alleviating the effects of this disaster. Don't be idle.

EARTHQUAKE IN HAITI!!
A powerful 7.0 richtor scale earthquake has hit the country of Haiti's western coastal peninsula earlier, located in the Atlantic on the Island of Hispaniola with the Dominican Republic.. The earthquake is said to be catastrophic and the worst for the region in over 50 years. News is coming back that the damage and fatalities are immense and widespread. It is said that 3 million Haitians were subjected to the earthquake which initially hit 10 miles out of the capital city of Port-au-Prince followed by over a dozen powerful aftershocks measured at as high as 5.9 on the richtor scale.
Buildings have collapsed trapping and killing men, women and children of the impoverished nation. The country's Presidential palace has been destroyed.
With Haiti's limited resources and capabilities to respond as best as needed, calls for the help go out to anyone who wants to take the opportunity to do something and to help even as early as now. We need friends of Haiti to come out and give aid in anyway that they can.
You can donate $5 now to Haitians in need by donating to the Yélé organization. This charity is taking donations now by texting YELE to 501501. A $5 donation will be made through your phone by texting YELE to 501501.
Our prayers are with Haiti and any Haitian currently trapped and lost by this disaster or who knows somebody who maybe.
